Jigsaw for Hair Mission Statement to our Employees
1. Given a Voice ... Listen to what our employees say, and don't just listen - we implement the ideas that they have, and give them credit for those ideas.

7. Walk the Talk ... Everyone is treated fair and as equals. We are all teachers and all students; we acknowledge that all levels in our industry are able to contribute either through their many years of experience or through their fresh outlook as a new industry leader.

9. Tradition ... Among other traditions, Jigsaw has a new annual tradition, the “Red Carpet Holiday Charity Event”. We look forward to participating in it in a big way.
10. From The Heart ... Ultimately, our culture is a reflection of our personal values, and this is shown through our compassion and empathy of life as a whole.
